Procedure For LoA, Study Permit and VISA

REQUIRE DOCUMENTS FOR LETTER OF ACCEPTANCE (LoA) AND STUDY PERMIT:

1. A cover letter from Home University to the Rector of Udayana University (if any)
2. Application Form (form as attached in the ADMISSION page)
3. Curriculum Vitae (CV) (form as attached in the ADMISSION page)
4. Scanned of certificate of current enrollment at home university or the latest attended school (in English) or scanned of academic record from home university or the last attended school (in English)
5. Guarantor Financial Statement (form as attached in the ADMISSION page)
6. Color photocopy of valid passport (passport cover, id page). For applicants who apply for 6 month program, the required minimum passport validity is 12 to 18 months. For applicants who apply for 1-year program, the required minimum passport validity is 24 months. 
7. Declaration form (form as attached in the ADMISSION page)
8. Medical Statement (form as attached in the ADMISSION page)
9. Learning Agreement (if any)
10. Recent Color Closed up photo (4x3 cm)

All the documents and requirements must be sent (PDF files for scanned documents, and JPEG for passport photo), all in one zip file (.rar) to BIPA program via email: bipa@unud.ac.id

• The documents should be formed in PDF/JPEG
• No more than 300kb

3. Scanned of Id passport
4. Cover/Recommendation Letter from host university (Provided by Sponsor)
5. Sponsor Letter from host university (Provided by Sponsor)
6. Study Permit
7. Recent Color Closed up photo (same as above)
8. Declaration (same as above)
9. Statement of good behavior from the competent authority in the country of origin or representatives of the foreigner's country of origin / Criminal Record
10. Certificate of Complete Dose of Covid-19 Vaccination

Note for online class:

• The student doesn’t need to submit visa requirements
• Study permit won’t be issued
• Passport can be replaced by Student card/ID Card

Expenses for Visa

E-Visa fee (Based on immigration website: https://www.imigrasi.go.id/en/biaya-keimigrasian/)

Limited Stay Visa: IDR/Rp. 200.000 + $150

The student needs to report their arrival to local immigration

§  6 months ITAS        : IDR/Rp. 1.600.000

§  12 months ITAS      : IDR/Rp. 2.500.000

(The price will be different if the student ask for a visa agent)
