Application for BIPA Admission


TO APPLY TO THIS PROGRAM, THERE ARE TWO STEPS TO FOLLOW:

FIRST STEP:
  1. Application Form (Form as attached) (Scanned PDF)
  2. Curriculum Vitae (CV) (Form as attached) (Scanned PDF)
  3. Proof of payment of Enrollment Fee in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR/Rp.) (IDR 750.000, or around US $ 50)
  4. Scanned of certificate of current enrollment at home university or the latest attended school (in English) or scanned of academic record from home university or the last attended school (in English) (Scanned PDF)
  5. Guarantor Financial Statement and a copy of bank account of the guarantor (form as attached) (Scanned PDF)
  6. Color scanned of valid passport (passport cover, id page), has minimum 12 months validity or 18 months validity (Scanned PDF)
  7. Declaration form (form as attached) (Scanned PDF)
  8. Medical Statement (form as attached) (Scanned PDF) (Each Medical Statement can be used for 2 months only)
  9. BIPA Tuition fee transfer proof in PDF or JPEG format. YOU NEED TO PAY FOR THE TUITION FEE OF IDR 15.000.000 (more or less around US $ 1.000). The details information of BIPA expense could be checked in this link: https://bipa.unud.ac.id/pages/bipa-program-expenses.
  10. Recent Color Closed up photo (4x3 cm) (in JPEG). The photo must show your face fully, no using glasses, and in formal pose.

    Note: You are required to already find and have place to stay in Indonesia (in Bali) on your own. You must state your address in the Curriculum Vitae Form. The address must be located in Denpasar City (as our campus is in Denpasar). The address can be changed and re-reported to the immigration office at anytime, after the registration process).


    AFTER THE LOA AND STUDY PERMIT ARE ISSUED, We will send it back to you via email, and you can proceed your e-visa. 

    SECOND STEP:

    1. You will be given the e-visa e-billing through email. E-visa for BIPA students will be C9B visa. This is a visit visa with duration of stay 60 days (you need to extend twice for 1 level). 
    2. The e-visa e-billing must be paid in 7 days after being issued (The sooner the better)
    3. The payment must be done directly in one of these Indonesian Banks (BNI, Mandiri), you could use your Indonesian representative (travel agent), friends or relatives to pay it for you.

    AFTER E-VISA IS PAID, THE E-VISA WILL BE ISSUED (THE SOONEST IS IN AROUND 5 WORKING DAYS).

    All the documents and requirements must be sent (PDF files for scanned documents, and JPEG for photo), to BIPA program via email: bipa@unud.ac.id


    Note: All the payments above are excluded BOOK FEES (Books can be acquired once the class started, 1 level consists of 2 books, Each book costs ±  IDR 200.000 (could be changed anytime))
